Our carefully wrapped gifts are delivered to any address within the UK, excluding the Channel Islands, at our standard delivery rate of £5.00 per gift.
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

We endeavour to ensure you and your recipient are delighted with your Sefian London purchase, however, in the event that you are not satisfied you can choose to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase.
We kindly ask that you return items securely, unused, in the original condition and with gift bags or boxes as received.
In order to return an item or arrange an exchange simply email us at customerservice@sefianlondon.com - either with the receipt number or name of the recipient.
Please note, that unless you are returning a faulty item, exchanges are returned at your own cost and our delivery charges are non-refundable.
